Club and County records:
Anyone can set a record for any recognised round simply by shooting the highest recorded score. This happens automatically at competitions because organisers always send results lists to both club and county records officers. To achieve one during a practice session, the score must be recorded on a proper score sheet, must be countersigned by a coach or field captain and MUST be actually given to the records officer, (surprising how many people forget the last one!).
